  • DIE CASTING

    Superior Die Cast LLC has both cold chamber and hot chamber casting machines. We can cast a variety of alloys. Automation with ladles, sprayers, extractors linked to trim presses provide consistency and efficiency.

    Die casting equipment includes:

    • Cold chamber aluminum die casting machines –400 tons to 1400 tons
    • Hot chamber zinc die casting machines –up to 275 tons
    • Trim presses up to 80 tons
    • 20 ton overhead crane for loading/unloading dies
    • 35,000 pound central melting furnace

  • MACHINING

    Superior Die Cast LLC also offers machining services. Such machining capabilities can be used in the design of proto-type parts or the production runs.

    Such production machining capabilities include:

    • Horizontal machining centers with palatech automation
